Chicago Food Truck Festival packages vendor documentation for City submission. All participating food trucks must be licensed in Chicago — city rules.

Food Trucks: Open the Chicago Special Event Single Day Application – Food Truck to view the template, then use the Upload Single Day Application button to submit your completed file.

Food Tents: Open the Single Day Application – Food Tent to view the template, then use the Upload Single Day Application button to submit your completed file.

Ready to Submit? Here’s the Final Checklist

Business and Contact Details – Fill in your information.
Certificates & Licenses – Upload all required documents as attachments.
2026 Vendor Contract – Read the contract in the popup window, then sign it.
Requested Festival Dates & Fees – Select your dates and review the fees.

When everything is complete, click “Pay Site Fees & Submit Registration”.
This sends your full packet to us and opens the secure Stripe checkout.

Important: Submit once per registration.
If you’re unsure whether payment went through, please email info@chicagofoodtruckfestival.com before paying again.

Important Payment Information When you click “Pay Site Fees & Submit Registration”, you will first confirm your details, then be taken to secure Stripe checkout. Your application is not considered complete until the payment is successfully processed in Stripe.

Card checkout is turned off on this build (the red button stays disabled). Email info@chicagofoodtruckfestival.com with your completed vendor packet and fee selection; the team will reply with payment instructions. After the Stripe link is added in web3forms-config.js, reload the page and use Pay Site Fees & Submit Registration as usual.
